PURPOSE: Provided is a photo-diffusion film for a liquid crystal display(LCD) back-light unit, which is excellent in abrasion-resistance, photo-transmissivity, and photo-diffusion rate. CONSTITUTION: The photo-diffusion film comprises a polyester base film(2) and a photo-diffusion layer(1), formed on the polyester base film(2), comprising (i) a binder resin comprising an unsaturated polyester resin and an acryl resin and (ii) organic particles only or organic particles with inorganic particles. The difference of refraction rate between the binder resin and the organic and inorganic particles is more than 0.1, wherein the refraction rate of the binder resin is 1.4-1.6 and the refraction rate of the organic and inorganic particles is 1.3-1.7.
