PARKING RELEASING DEVICE OF PEDAL TYPE PARKING BRAKE

PURPOSE: A parking releasing device gets solved inconvenience of confirming separately complete releasing of parking brake and assures safer driving. CONSTITUTION: A parking releasing device comprises a lock lever(30) and a spring. The lock lever(30) is hingedly connected with a hinge(31) to be connected by being hooked with or released from a free end(11b) of a twisting coil spring(11) by seesaw-moving with being in contact with or released from the surface of a ratchet wheel(3) according to the rotation thereof. The spring elastically supports the lock lever(30) to restore the rotation thereof according to contact with the surface of the ratchet wheel(3). The releasing state of the twisting coil spring(11) lasts in fixed time so as to release the locking state of a parking brake easily.
