PURPOSE: A method for reusing a chloric acid waste solution as a pickling solution and a raw material for preparing a zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution is provided, and a method for economically and efficiently reusing waste resources is provided which uses a recovered acid as a pickling solution and a metallic waste solution containing iron ions as a ferric chloride (FeCl2) undiluted solution for preparing a zinc-iron electroplating solution by diffusion dialyzing a chloric acid waste solution generated in the steel pickling process. CONSTITUTION: The method for reusing a chloric acid waste solution as a pickling solution and a ferric chloride undiluted solution for preparing a zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution comprises the steps of melting Fe constituent by putting the Fe constituent into a chloric acid waste solution so that a concentration of iron ions becomes 110 g/l or more; separating free sulfuric acid and iron ions in a chloric acid waste solution by increasing the flow rate of the region of recovered acid higher than that of the region of metallic waste solution, controlling the flow rate range of both regions to 600 to 1200 ml/m2hr before diffusion dialyzing after filtering residual solids; and using as a pickling solution and a ferric chloride undiluted solution for preparing a zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution respectively by controlling the recovered acid to the proper concentration range of a pickling solution 150 to 200 g/l and the concentration of iron ions in the metallic waste solution containing iron ions to 110 to 125 g/l after measuring the concentration of recovered acid obtained after diffusion dialysis and a metallic waste solution containing iron ions.
