SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING COAL AMOUNT OF FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION BOILER

PURPOSE: A coal amount control system of a fluidized bed combustion boiler is provided to adjust a coal conveyer according to the quantity changes of steam by combining electric field signals without using ray sources useful for a coal control circuit. CONSTITUTION: A coal amount control system includes: an adjustable scraper(11) for adjusting the regular thickness of coal on a conveyer from a coal silo; a speed sensor(14) detecting the speed of the conveyer to measure the current amount of coal; a function converter(16) having an F(X) conversion function including the amount of coal on the conveyer to convert the amount of coal with the conveyer speed; and a control device installer keeping the supply amount of coal according to the change of steam in a boiler by controlling the RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of a motor(15). The conveyer is controlled according to the change of steam without using ray sources useful for a coal control circuit. Therefore, the boiler is run regularly.
