PURPOSE: A row redundancy circuit using a fuse box without bank discrimination is provided to adopt bank flexible row redundancy scheme to reduce the layout size by reducing the number of the fuse box as well as the word lines. CONSTITUTION: The row redundancy circuit includes the fuse box, a row fuse decoder(220) and a bank row address latch(230). The fuse box receives a row address as well as a bank address from an address buffer and blows out the fuse corresponding to the address of the word line to be repaired. The row fuse decoder receives the output of the fuse box and performs AND on two outputs of the fuse box. The bank row address latch receives the output from the row fuse decoder and determines the position of the redundant word line in a block to be repaired. The fuse box includes a NMOS transistor whose source-drain node is formed between a node and a ground node and receives a fuse precharge signal with its gate node, plurality of parallel NMOS transistors, a PMOS transistor whose source-drain node is formed between a source node and a the first node and receives the fuse precharge signal with its gate node, and a latch which latches the signal applied on the first node to output a fuse output signal.
