PURPOSE: Load limiter structure is provided to remarkably reduce the injuries of a passenger due to a belt by attenuating impact as much as plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION: An anchor(20) of a seat belt(11) is installed in a plastic deformation member(30) and the seat belt is lengthened when the plastic deformation member is deformed with more than regular impact. The plastic deformation member is laterally slit and a tongue(31) is extended from the plastic deformation member. Then, the tongue is sequentially deformed when a buckle(10) is pulled with impact. Thus, the pressure applied to a body through the seat belt is reduced.
