PURPOSE: A transmission system comprising a station of a first type and a station of a second type and synchronization method is provided to facilitate synchronization in mobile stations which are connected with a base station. CONSTITUTION: A transmission system includes the stations of the 1st kind and the stations of the 2nd kind having a transmission section(T) having a transmission timing controller transmitting data in transmission timing and a transmission section having a synchronization circuit synchronized with data transmitted from the stations of the 1st kinds. In case that the stations of the 2nd kind move, the transmission timing of the stations of the 2nd kind is corrected in order to facilitate the reception synchronization of the stations of the 1st kind on the basis of only the reception timing of the stations of the 2nd kind.
