PURPOSE: Provided are a process and a gasification plant for the gasification of waste substances, particularly industrial waste substances, biomass or similar gasification substances. CONSTITUTION: Waste substances, particularly industrial waste substances, biomass or similar gasification substances are gasified by i) drying then degasifying them, if necessary, involving partial gasification; and ii) finally gasifying them, especially fluidized bed. The gasification plant comprises a degasification unit(2) for the step (i), wherein a grate gasifier(4) or tube gasifier is used, a degasification unit(3) for the step (ii) and a gasification unit of fluidized bed.
