PURPOSE: To provide a signal processing board and a liquid crystal display of a liquid crystal panel having a narrow frame and a thin structure, where the moutning posiitno of a variable resistor is free from any restriction and, during the assembly, no damage is given to the variable resistor, without reducrtion in the mechanical strengh. CONSTITUTION: In a signal processing board mounting a variable resistor on a components loading surface where various kinds of component are loaded, a VP15 is for single-side adjustment having an adjustment part or a single side is made a variable resistor, and adjustment part 15a is mounted such that it is positioned at a VR adjustment hole that is 31 opened component loading surface 13a so as to for the board rear surface 13b which is rthe direction opposite to the surface 13a. In the liquid crystal display having the signal processing board 13, the adjustment part 15a of VR15 is exposed to the rear surface opposite to the display screen.
