PURPOSE: Provided are an addition reaction type heat conductive silicone rubber with low hardness excellent in good self-adhering property and its preparation method. This silicone rubber is used in semi-conductor and precision electronic parts to stabilize their function by absorbing/discharging heat, reduce the operational error, and improve impact/vibration resistant effect because it absorbs impact. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises: making a first solution which is prepared by blending 30-100wt.% each of 1st and 2nd polydiorgano siloxanes, 10-30wt.% fumed silica and 0.1-5wt.% silane coupling agent under 0.001-1wt.% Pt catalyst; adding 100-300wt.% of alumina based on the weight of 1st and 2nd polydiorgano siloxane to this reaction resultant and making a second solution which is prepared by blending 30-100wt.% each of 1st and 2nd polydiorgano siloxane, 0.1-10wt.% polydihydrogen siloxane, 10-30wt.% fumed silica and 0.1-5wt% silane coupling agent; and adding 100-300wt.% of alumina based on the weight of 1st and 2nd polydiorgano siloxane. These solutions, the first and second solutions, made separately are mixed in a certain ratio.
