FRICTION TESTING DEVICE FOR BOTH SURFACES OF STEEL PLATE IN IRONING PROCESS AND FRICTION COEFFICIENT MEASURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for testing friction of both surfaces of a steel plate in an ironing process and a method for measuring a coefficient of friction by using the device are provided to separately measure coefficients of friction of the both surfaces of a steel plate for realizing the friction states of the respective surfaces, thereby producing a steel plate having a good appearance and a high measure precision. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing friction of both surfaces of a steel plate in an ironing process includes a working part(17) for setting a workpiece, an ironing die(21) to be fixed with the workpiece, a pressing part(14) for applying a predetermined force to the workpiece fixed to the die, an extension part(15) for extending the workpiece under the pressure applied by the pressing part, and a load cell for measuring the pressure and the extension force of the pressing part and the extension part, wherein a heating part(22) is mounted in the working part to check the influence of temperature on the change of a coefficient of friction of the workpiece in the ironing process.
