METHOD FOR DESIGNING AND ANALYZING BROADBAND SUBSCRIBER NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for designing and analyzing a broadband subscriber network is provided to select a service possible telephone office and nodes connected by layers using the amount of data traffic by telephone offices and the information of the shortest route, to compute node connection information, estimated traffic information and transport information for the selected telephone office and to estimate the expenses. CONSTITUTION: A simulation device is initialized through the input of databases to design a broadband subscriber network(201). After the initialization, various user input items are inputted(202). If an analysis execution basis setup method is set up on the basis of demand(203), an average monthly data traffic database is updated into a demand database(204). Traffic demand distribution, transport information and cost information, depending on node selection and traffic rates by layers, is calculated using the other input items, except updated data information, demand data information and the analysis execution basis setup method(205). An output result is recalculated through user updating(206).
