PURPOSE: A method for extracting glucose using electroosmosis is provided to measure the blood sugar without generating a pain or a wound by using a device having a good skin adhesion property and affinity. CONSTITUTION: The method extracts glucose existing in intercellular fluid of subcutis via epidermis by adopting electroosmosis. According to the method, a hole is drilled to have an extraction area of 0.5 to 3 square centimeter by using a material(A) of 0.1 to 10mm thickness having a good skin affinity, and a silver-silver chloride electrode(B) is inserted into a gap of the material. A thin transparent film is used to cover the material for preventing the evaporation of extracting liquid. A phosphate buffer saline of 25 to 100 percent, NaCl of 0.01 to 1 percent, and hydrophilic gel are used, and also a conductible solution of 0.1 to 0.8ml is used.
