Method for congratulating attainment of a proposed object using communication system

PURPOSE: A method for congratulating an achievement of a target using a communication system is provided for an examinee to obtain information and to receive successful celebration money in proportion to an entrance fee. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server and obtains contents of the web site(S1¯S3). If the user wants to join the web site, a group is selected(S4, S5). The web server decides an entrance fee of the user and the user pays the entrance fee through a financial paying system(S6, S7). The web server embodies a member ID and password to the user(S8). The member(user) receives a test information DB, relating book DB and a group DB being connected to the web server and tries to an achievement of an object(S9). The web server judges whether the member achieves the object. If the member achieves the object, proof data are submitted(S10, S11). The web server judges whether the proof data are corresponded to the standard of the group. If the proof data are corresponded to the standard of the group, successful celebration money is allocated(S13). If the member does not achieve to the object for a predetermined period, the user becomes an associate member(S14).
