How to Measure Winning Probability Information in Horse Racing and Racing, and Method and System for Providing the Information

PURPOSE: A winning probability measurement system and method is provided to extract the winning probability of each horse or cycle in the horse race or the cycling race on a basis of past record data and variations of a current dividend size. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of reading variation of a dividend size from a specific time, before starting the race, to a race finishing time(110), comparing the dividend size variation before the race starting with the winning probability according to the dividend size variation in the past(120), extracting the current winning probability of each horse or cycle based on the comparison result(130), mixing the extracted winning probability with the past record data(140), extracting a final optimal winning probability by mixing the mixed probability resulted from the step(140) with subjective analysis data of a specializer(150), and transmitting the final winning probability to members before the race starting(160).
