METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TOUR SIMULATION IN INTERNET

PURPOSE: A virtual travel method and system is provided to offer motion picture or image on travel destinations according to a trip itinerary for making a user feel as if the user makes a travel, and to enable the user to change the itinerary and to receive travel informations. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a virtual travel service server and inputting an itinerary data such as a start date, a travel cost, accompany persons, a departure place, and a travel course(S1600), the server designing a plurality of travel packages by using the input itinerary data(S1602), the user selecting one among the designed travel packages(S1604), the server transmitting various data stored in a database to the user according to the itinerary of the package(S1606), the server selectively transmitting various data stored in the database to the user according to the itinerary input by the user in the case that the user does not select the travel package(S1608), the user selecting one among the offered data, then the server outputting corresponding motion picture or image(S1610), and the server storing the virtual travel itinerary and related data at a customer database(S1612).
