PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing peptide imperatoxin in a high yield and the its three dimensional structure which is useful in developing medications against muscle disorders. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing peptide imperatoxin in a high yield comprises the next steps of: i) synthesizing linear peptide of imperatoxin having No. 1 amino acid sequence; ii) binding cysteines of between No. 3 and 17, No. 10 and 21, and No. 16 and 32 of the amino acid sequences in the presence of ammonium salt to make active imperatoxin; and iii) purifying the imperatoxin. Wherein, the three dimensional structure of the imperatoxin is stabilized by 3 cysteine bindings and characterized by triple stranded anti-parallel -sheet.
