PURPOSE: A system for checking automobile advertisement and paying advertisement fee is provided to increase the effect of an advertisement by enabling a vehicle advertiser to easily check whether an automobile advertisement is stuck and to increase an advertisement fee paid. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement applicant makes a request for an advertisement. An advertisement agency notifies an advertiser of a list of the advertisement applicants. The advertiser delivers an advertisement sticker to the advertisement applicant. The advertisement applicant checks that the advertisement sticker is stuck or removed. Each branch office notifies the advertisement agency that the sticker is stuck or removed. The advertisement agency notifies the advertisement of an advertisement fee. The advertiser pays the advertisement fee to the agency. The agency pays the rest except a commission to an affiliated company. The affiliated company pays the advertisement fee to the advertisement applicant.
