PURPOSE: A multimedia information structure for MPEG(moving picture experts group)-4 video conference and an MPEG-4 video conference system of the same are provided to perform a bidirectional video communication in real time by describing a moving picture and a sound with an MPEG-4 technique. CONSTITUTION: A scene describing information describes description information of a video/audio two-dimensional screen. The scene describing information describes information of the video/audio two-dimensional screen with a node/tree structure. The scene describing information includes an object descriptor ID(identification) related with object describing information, and information of a video/audio stream codec and an initial object descriptor. Each information is encoded into binary through an ASCII(American standard code for information interchange) format and is described with a BIFS(binary format for scene description) to perform an MPEG-4 video communication.
