MEASUREMENT SYSTEM WHEEL BALANCE CAR OF TIRE

PURPOSE: A wheel balance measuring method of a vehicle tire is provided to detect difference of a wheel balance by differentiating a light of a light emitting sensor from the light of a light receiving sensor in shaking a rotating shaft with installing the light receiving sensor in the rotating shaft and the light emitting sensor in the lower part. CONSTITUTION: Housings(3)are installed in both sides of a rotating shaft(2) in the upper part of a body(1). A light receiving sensor unit(4) is mounted in the lower part of the housing, and a light emitting sensor unit(5) is installed in the body under the receiving sensor unit. A wheel tire is fixed in the rotating shaft, and a piezoelectric sensor is installed in the lower part of the housing vertically and horizontally. The wheel balance is measured with the piezoelectric sensor and by difference of current and voltage according to the distance between the light receiving sensor and the light emitting sensor. The difference of balance is detected with differentiating the light of the light receiving sensor from the light of the light emitting sensor in shaking by turning the rotating shaft. The noncontact balance measuring apparatus protects the sensors, and lengthens the life span of the measuring machine.
