PURPOSE: An RF unit of a WLL base station system for improvement of frequency interference is provided in which an amplifier for amplifying a PLL output signal of a frequency generator is connected to the input port of a splitter to isolate the amplifier from the frequency generator to prevent the frequency generator from being affected by the amplifier, improving the output characteristic of the frequency generator. CONSTITUTION: An RF(8) unit of a WLL base station system includes a frequency generator(3) for generating a UHF PLL frequency signal as a communication signal of the WLL base station system, and a filter(4) for filtering only a predetermined band of the communication signal output from the frequency generator. The RF unit further has a PAD(5) for improving VSWR characteristic of the PLL communication system output from the filter, and an amplifier(6) connected between the PAD and a splitter(7) to be isolated from the frequency generator. The amplifier amplifies the PLL communication signal to a predetermined level.
