PURPOSE: A vinyl envelope is provided to improve the quality of a product or a gift inside the envelope and to arouse a customers interest by generating melodies from the vinyl envelope. CONSTITUTION: A melody generator is embedded inside a vinyl envelope(100). A compressing portion(3) is formed to separate a melody generator storing portion(6) and an article storing portion(5) by sealing the melody generator storing portion(6). In pushing a pushing typed switch(2a), melodies are generated from a melody generator and a light emitting diode(4) to be connected with a melody generating IC(Integrated Circuit)(9) is flickered. The switch is formed in a place to be conveniently pushed. An embedded mark of the switch is displayed on the surface of the vinyl envelope(100) to easily found the switch.
