PURPOSE: The method use various radiant and waste light, energy and water to add construction and facilities to existent buildings to increase the green and water environment for the living things. CONSTITUTION: The method constructs, in addition to the ordinary construction, green houses, equipment for cleaner air supply, ever green plantings to use waste materials including comports and waste spaces for water trapping facilities and for raising plants for green and flowers with enclosure and garden beds. Besides, greens on the idling land or space improves living environment with utilities including play gardens, waste treatment and product sites.
