THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NODULAR GRAPHITE CAST IRON WITHOUT HOT TOP

PURPOSE: A process for preparing nodular graphite cast iron by several processes without hot top is provided, which has an effect on preventing inner defects of nodular graphite cast iron to be manufactured and obtaining a synergistic effect of a recovery rate. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing nodular graphite cast iron without hot top comprises the steps of: making a cast mold; preparing nodular graphite cast iron; pouring the nodular graphite cast iron into a melting furnace; and pouring the above molten metal into the mold.
