PURPOSE: A user entrance control method and system is provided to enable a user to take an entrance ticket over the Internet, and to enable the user to enjoy a service within a request service range registered in advance when the entrance ticket is issued. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a host computer over the Internet(100), the user passing a member certification process or subscribing for a member by inputting personal data, an ID and a password, and selecting a reservation service item among a menu(110), the host computer offering a cost for the selected service item and checking if the user determines reserving the service item(120), the host computer offering a code corresponding to the service item and storing the service item and the code at a database(130), the host computer recording the code on an entrance ticket output via a coding device of a terminal(140), the user offering the entrance ticket to scan the ticket in a service provider checking terminal(150), the checking terminal decoding the ticket, comparing the code of the entrance ticket with the code stored at the database, and checking if the entrance ticket is effective(160), and the checking terminal releasing a control device for enabling the user to enjoy the service if the entrance ticket is effective(170).
