PURPOSE: A system for real-time monitoring and controlling parameters of a fermenter is provided, thereby the experimental deviation can be minimized. CONSTITUTION: The system for real-time monitoring and controlling parameters of a fermenter comprises converting output signals of parameters selected from the group consisting of pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen(DO), anti-foam, flow rate, pressure and torque detected by sensors, into analog signals; transferring the analog signals through input and output devices into a computer having a data acquisition(DAQ) board; and converting analog signals into digital signals in the computer.
