PURPOSE: A road surface repairing or repaving method with asphalt by heating with microwaves is provided to directly radiate microwaves at a temperature of 120deg.C or higher to a crack or breakage portion of a road surface required to be repaired or re-paved, thereby guaranteeing the sufficient stability and strength of a newly paved asphalt concrete layer even though the newly paved layer is thin. CONSTITUTION: A road surface repairing or repaving method with asphalt by heating with microwaves includes the steps of heating the asphalt of a road with microwaves to convert to asphalt concrete, spraying emulsified asphalt or heated asphalt cement to the impurities of the road surface and mixing the asphalt of the converted asphalt concrete surface course(1) with the asphalt concrete impurities, adding new asphalt concrete to the converted asphalt concrete, and hardening the road surface with a roller, wherein the microwaves are directly radiated to a crack or breakage portion of the road surface.
