CONSTITUTION: A road surface repairing or repaving method with asphalt by heating with microwaves includes the steps of heating the asphalt of a road with microwaves to convert to asphalt concrete, spraying emulsified asphalt or heated asphalt cement to the impurities of the road surface and mixing the asphalt of the converted asphalt concrete surface course(1) with the asphalt concrete impurities, adding new asphalt concrete to the converted asphalt concrete, and hardening the road surface with a roller, wherein the microwaves are directly radiated to a crack or breakage portion of the road surface.
