PURPOSE: An air-mat timber and a building demolishing method using the same are provided to conveniently dismantle a structure in a narrow and complicated place and safely lower the dismantled structure to the ground by supporting the structure with the air mat. CONSTITUTION: An air mat timber includes an air mat(1) formed of high strength and low retraction fibers, an urethane coated layer(2) on an outer surface of the air mat, and solid fiber piles(10) incorporated in the air mat, and formed with upper layers(7), lower layers(8) and vertical piles(9) connecting the upper and lower layers and adhered to be sealed by reinforcing layers(12) with ventilation passages(13), wherein the whole outer surfaces of the solid fiber piles are closely adhered to inner surfaces of the mat by adhesive layers(11) with an air injection hole, so that the air mat is horizontally expanded as the air is injected via the air injection hole.
