PURPOSE: A method and a system for requesting an urgent protection using a wireless communication network is provided to seek personal safety by tracing and catching the location of a mobile terminal user in real time using a wireless communication network and a GPS(Global Positioning System) when the user pushes a specific key in a one-touch call method. CONSTITUTION: A GPS satellite(20) provides information on longitude, latitude, altitude and speed in real time. A telephone user(10) sends a preset phone number in a one-touch call method using a mobile terminal(12). The mobile terminal(12), transmitting and receiving voice and data signals by wireless, makes a speaker phone automatically opened after sending a phone number in the one-touch call method. A wireless communication network(30) is formed of a plurality of repeaters(32) connected to transmit and receive radio signals with the mobile terminal(12) and the GPS satellite(20). A mobile communication service provider(40) provides services to transmit and receive radio signals through the wireless communication network(30). A public switched telephone network(44) is provided to transmit and receive voice and data signals with the mobile communication service provider(40). An instruction center(50), tracing and catching the locations of users using the signals received through the public switched telephone network(44), is comprised of an instruction center integrating server(51), an information girl(55), an information girl computer(52), an information girl telephone(54), and a geometry information system(53). A relief squad(80) is provided to be mobilized for the personal protection of the user(10) according to the location and situation information of the user(10) transmitted from the instruction center(50).
