Ferroelectric LCD panel and manufacturing method thereof by rubbing orientation of the orientation film

PURPOSE: A ferroelectric LCD panel and a manufacturing method thereof by rubbing orientation of an orientation film are provided to prevent lowering of contrast by improving an inconsistent arrangement between an upper and a lower orientation film. CONSTITUTION: The first transparent substrate is arranged to an oppose side of the second transparent substrate. The first and the second transparent electrodes are formed on facing sides of the first and the second transparent substrates, respectively. The first and the second orientation films are applied on the facing sides of the first and the second transparent substrates, respectively. A ferroelectric liquid crystal is implanted between the first and second orientation films. Spacers are arranged between the first and second orientation films. The first and second polarization plates are arranged outsides of the first and second transparent substrates, respectively. A rubbing orientation of the first orientation film and a rubbing orientation of the second orientation film are twisted as much as a difference between a right twisted angle and a left twisted angle.
