PCPM : Powerline Communication Protocol for Microcontroller

摘要

PURPOSE: A power line communication protocol is provided to decrease a transmission efficiency and a data processing time by maximally summarizing information needed by each node of a network and inserting summarized information into a small packet to transmit information. CONSTITUTION: A specific byte of a transmission packet is designated as a packet characteristic byte in a communication protocol of a communication system using a power line, a high frequency, an infrared ray, and a twisted pair as a transmission medium. A characteristic of a current transmitted packet is defined by two bits. A response to the current transmitted packet is defined by one bit. It is defined whether the content of an address field of the current transmitted packet is a transmission address or a receipt address by one bit. A receipt address group is defined by residual four bits for establishing a data link between nodes.
