DEVICE FOR CUTTING AND PULLING INCASING PIPE OF DEEP UNDERGROUND WATER WELL BY USING CAM AND GROUTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cutting and pulling device of an incasing pipe of a deep underground water well and its grouting method are provided to exactly seize a state of the deep underground water well by easily pulling the incasing pipe and to prevent underground water from contaminating by blocking an inflow of polluted surface water. CONSTITUTION: An air cylinder is installed inside a cylindrical body. A bite is reciprocated in a punched portion by a piston and a rod. A female screw portion is formed in the cylindrical body to be connected with a digging device and a digging rot. The female screw portion is combined with the air cylinder by using a cam chamber and a circular male screw body. The cam chamber contains the air cylinder and a cam. A returning spring is installed in the bite to easily reciprocate inside the punched portion. Cutting blades are processed in the bite.
