LOESS SOLUTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND TILE BRICK MORTAR AND KOREAN HYPOCAUST MADE FROM THE SAME AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are yellow earth extract composed of elm tree bark, pine tree skin, mugwort and ligusticum, and construction materials(tiles, mortars, bricks and floor heaters) using the extract which improve our body and make agreeable indoor environment. CONSTITUTION: The extract is mixture of extract(I) and extract(II). The extract(I) is prepared by mixing elm tree barks, pine tree skins, mugwort and ligusticum in the same parts by weight and adding 7-15times(based on the total amount of mixture) of water, then heating at 100deg.C for 4-6hrs. to have 1/8-1/12pts.wt. of water. The extract(II) is prepared by mixing 10-39pts.wt. of elm tree barks, 60-88pts.wt. of pine tree skins, 1-30pts.wt. of mugwort and 1-30pts.wt. of ligusticum and adding 14-17times(based on the total amount of mixture) of water, then heating at 100deg.C for 4-6hrs. to have 1/9-1/10pts.wt. of water. The yellow earth tiles are produced by the following steps of: preparing a dough composed of 91.98-92.30pts.wt. of yellow earth, 0.30-0.40pts.wt. of flax, 5.50-5.70pts.wt. of pine needle, 1.60-2.22pts.wt. of rice straw, and 1/2.5-1/2.75pts.wt.(based on the total amount of raw materials) of the extract; molding and curing for 50-70hrs.; de-molding and curing for 216-220hrs. The yellow earth brick comprises 91-92pts.wt. of yellow earth, 8-9pts.wt. of rice straw and 1/2.3-1/2.5pts.wt. of the extract. The yellow earth floor heater comprises 97-98pts.wt. of yellow earth, 2-3pts.wt. of rice straw and1/2.4-1/2.5pts.wt. of the extract.
