PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically managing information on subscribers and employees are provided to enable a subscriber to offer necessary information by the enabling the user to provide the information manufactured from the user to an information providing enterprise, and by enabling the user to fairly receive the price relevant to the efficiency of the information. CONSTITUTION: A site activity observation unit monitors activities of subscribers who connect to Internet sites and records the results. A point accumulation record unit gives points according to standards to each activity of the subscribers and accumulates the results in a database. A ranking judgment unit reads the total of the points cumulated and decides ranking. A member information generation unit selects a high-ranking person. A change record unit records the member information generated from the member information generation unit.
