Investing Program and Public Sales System for Venture Stocks Using Network Communication

PURPOSE: A system for supporting venture investment and a method for operating thereof are provided to connect venture enterprise customers who want capital trading with investment customers who have investment intentions. CONSTITUTION: Venture enterprises(300-400) who wants capital trading, or dealing in stock, registers required information, such as venture enterprise names, desired stock prices, desired stock quantities, etc., through a venture service operating part(600). This information is stored in a transaction-desired stock database(500). The venture service operating part(600) offers the management information and analysis information of the venture enterprises(300-400) to investment customers(100-199) who have investment intentions through a venture information service provision part(200). The investment customers(100-199) search for the information provided from the venture information service provision part(200), select desired venture enterprises(300-400), and applies for investment. In case that many investment customers apply for investment for a specific venture enterprise, the venture service operating part(600) selects an investor according to a given priority.
