PURPOSE: A measuring device for a small punch creep is provided to prevent oxidization of a fine examining sample through eliminating oxygen and moisture included in inactive gas inputted to a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fine examining sample is placed on a fixing die(29) for covering the sample by using a fine examining sample fixing cover(28). Air in a pipe(32) is blown out by injecting argon gas to the pipe. The argon gas is inputted to the pipe after passing through an oxygen eliminator(50) and a moisture eliminator(52). Therefore, the sample is not oxidized. A selected load is applied to the fine sample in a jig by using upper and lower fixing units(10,11), and the pipe is heated by using a high frequency heater. Herein, a Teflon packing is installed at upper and lower portions of the pipe for preventing leakage.
