- W-CDMA WLL SYSTEM HAVING A RANDOM ACCESS RESULT TRANSFERRING FUNCTION AND THE METHOD OF TRANSFERRING A RANDOM ACCESS RESULT

PURPOSE: A W-CDMA(Wideband-Code Division Multiple Access) WLL(Wireless Local Loop) system having the transmission function of a random access result and method for transmitting random access result thereof is provided to improve the performance of a system by inserting slot state information of a channel assignment access request signal into system information channel information to continuously transmit slot state information according to a uniform period. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a random access signal for requesting a channel assignment is inputted from a terminal(S2). If the random access signal is not inputted from the terminal, it is judged whether a uniform period for transmitting system operation information is reached(S3). If the uniform period for transmitting system operation information is reached, system information channel information in which slot information is included is generated(S4). System information channel information is broadcasted the external terminal by the uniform period(S7). A communication function is executed using the assigned channel(S8). If the random access signal is inputted from the terminal, it is judged whether a current RP(Radio Port) assigns a channel of a corresponding terminal(S5). If the current RP assigns the channel of the corresponding terminal, a channel assignment message is transmitted(S6).
