Internet electronic payment system using telephone auto response charged service and the method thereof

PURPOSE: A system and method for the Internet electronic payment using the charged ARS(Auto-Response Service) are provided to implement the EC(Electronic Commerce) through a lottery ticket, to activate the EC by proposing the profit model through a reserve, and to gather many members and to maximize the effect of the lottery ticket by paying for the service fee or purchase cost with the reserve. CONSTITUTION: An Internet provider(100) offers the lottery ticket to a lottery distributor(200) and makes a DB from the information about the lottery through an ARS switch(300) and web server(400). The lottery distributor offers a part of the lottery ticket to a user(500) in free. The user accesses to PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and applies for the lottery. Also, the user checks if winning a prize in the lottery through the ARS and accesses to the web server for checking the prize. The web server deposits the reserve into a cyber-account of the user. The user purchases goods from a shopping mall of the web site or uses the charge information service with the cyber money-typed reserve. When the user calls for checking the lottery in ARS number, a telephone service provider(600) charges the user for the service fee. The user pays for the service fee. The telephone service provider pays for a part of the payment to the Internet provider.
