PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivation method of vegetable worms with high gamma-aminobutyric acid content which treats by keto acid in germinating grains or beans and treats in an anaerobic way after germination so that it produces vegetable worms with high gamma-aminobutyric acid content. CONSTITUTION: The cultivation method of the vegetable worms with high gamma-aminobutyric acid content comprises the steps of: (i) germinating grains or beans as a culture source to obtain a germinated body; (ii) vaccinating culture liquid of the vegetable worms to a culture wherein the germinated body is mixed and sterilized; (iii) culturing at 25deg.C and 70(RH) in relative humidity for 2-3 weeks; (iv) inducing to germinate when spawn is rich; and then (v) generating a fruit body to finish the culture.
