PURPOSE: A studying and commodity purchasing system and method over the Internet is provided to actively act a compensation on a studying result between a learner and a guardian so that it enables a leaner to voluntarily participate in an Internet education and enables a guardian to receive an objective information on the Internet studying result. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a learner subscribing for a member(S100), a server determining if a parent or a guardian promises to subscribe for a member and to give a scholarship(S101), the server rejecting the subscription request in the case that a parent or a guardian does not promise to do(S102,S103), the server approving the subscription request in the case that a parent or a guardian promises to do(S104), the learner selecting a commodity(S105), the learner solving questions or studying(S106), the server accumulating a scholarship according to the studying result(S107), the parent or the guardian depositing a corresponding scholarship or paying for the selected commodity(S108), the server comparing the scholarship with the price of the commodity(S109), the server sending a delivery order in the case that the scholarship is larger than the commodity price(S110), the server subtracting the payment from the scholarship(S111), and the server analyzing the studying result and transmitting the result to the learner(S112).
