PURPOSE: A reading management method and system is provided to offer a three dimensional graphic character to each student and to offer a real time assessment and guide on a reading study so that it can increase a reading capability. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a 3D RSES(three dimensional reading study education server) and the 3D RSES displaying a front page on a user terminal(ST-1), the 3D RSES checking if the accessing user is a registered member(ST-2), the 3D RSES enabling the user to input personal data in the case that the user is not a member(ST-3), the 3D RSES assessing an initial reading capability of the user(ST-4), the 3D RSES offering contents for making an avatar and concurrently displaying a level according to the user's reading capability(ST-5), the user logging in the 3D RSES(ST-6), the user selecting a lecturer(ST-7), the user accessing a study room of the lecturer and studying the reading method in the study room(ST-8), the 3D RSES checking a study result via an assessment(ST-9), the 3D RSES determining the level of the reading capability of the user(ST-10), and the 3D RSES updating the reading capability level or maintaining a current reading capability level according to the assessment result(ST-11,ST-12).
