PURPOSE: A system for accumulating conditional credit security points in accordance with an issuing credit of a credit card and a method thereof are provided to embody an additional credit limit of a credit card user in a commercial transaction company registered as a member store of a credit card. CONSTITUTION: A commercial transaction company selling various commodities and services is registered as a member store of a credit card from a credit card managing system. A credit card managing system(2) issues a credit card having a basic credit limit embodied in accordance with a client credit rate and a card using result with respect to a specific credit card issuing objected-user(US) and registers a plurality of commercial transaction companies(10-1,10-2,10-3,10-4) capable of using a predetermined commodity and service using the credit card as member stores of the credit card. The commercial transaction companies(10-1,10-2,10-3,10-4) decide a credit limit embodying to the credit card user(US). A specific commercial transaction company notifies credit security information being embodied a credit limit according to kinds of commodities and services to be sold through a credit security publishing medium by an engagement with a broadcasting system(14), a telephone network managing system(18), or a web managing system(22).
