PURPOSE: A system for reading bar-code issued airplane, express way and gift certificate ticket with bar-code on internet is provided to increase the convenience of a user by enabling the user to freely pass through an expressway tollgate without traffic tie-up time, thereby providing the efficiency of expressway operation. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user who wants to use an expressway is previously authenticated after paying a toll using a related institution internet homepage or an operator internet system, a ticket with a built-in identification record in a designated bar code is printed by a magnetic printer and attached to the side of the user's vehicle. In case that the user wants to pass through an express tollgate, the user can go through a free pass zone in which a bar code recognition device is installed. The identical bar code is copied and provided to another vehicles. In case that the bar code in which the same identification contents are recorded is repeatedly passed, a recognition program automatically judges whether the bar code and imposes a fine on a vehicle attaching the same bar code.
