Method for Measuring Concentration of Theophylline in Serum

PURPOSE: A theophylline concentration measuring method of a serum is provided to simply determine a concentration of theophylline in a serum at a low cost by measuring absorbance by using light of a predetermined wavelength in inverse proportion to the concentration of the theophylline linearly. CONSTITUTION: In a theophylline concentration measuring method of a serum, the concentration is determined according to an absorbance obtained by measuring an amount of light by using light of wavelength in the range from 1610nm to 1630nm, or from 1655nm to 1680nm, wherein the absorbance is inversely proportional to the concentration of the theophylline linearly.
