Method for Measuring Concentration of Amikacin in Serum

PURPOSE: An amikacin concentration measuring method of a serum is provided to simply determine a concentration of amikacin in a serum at a low cost by measuring absorbance by using light of a predetermined wavelength in inverse proportion to the concentration of the amikacin linearly. CONSTITUTION: In an amikacin concentration measuring method of a serum, the concentration is determined according to an absorbance obtained by measuring an amount of light by using light of wavelength in the range from 1200nm to 1256nm, or from 1700nm to 1800nm, wherein the absorbance is inversely proportional to the concentration of the amikacin linearly.
