The present invention relates to the use of medicine, in particular the problem of vaccination against tumor cells and new methods of immunotherapy of diabetes. The present invention proposes a new method for cell culture involving the formation of capsules in mammalian tissues, including human tissues. The capsule is made of polyacrylamide gel and infused with the desired cells. The present invention ensures to maintain the viability of the cells for a long time.
