MOLTEN STEEL LADLE CAR AND SLAG POT CAR COMBINED DOUBLE CAR AND USING THEREOF TAPPING PROCESS OF CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A double transfer car integrally equipped with a molten steel transfer car and a slag transfer car is provided to obtain cleanliness of molten steel by minimizing outflow of slag through a tapping hole during tapping working of a converter, and a method for tapping the converter using the same is provided to remarkably decrease fatigues of a worker by eliminating manual working and improve productivity by shortening slag discharge working process after the tapping working. CONSTITUTION: The double transfer car integrally equipped with a molten steel transfer car and a slag transfer car is characterized in that the molten steel transfer car having a resting groove for resting a molten steel ladle(9) and the slag transfer car having a resting groove for resting a slag port(18) are integrally formed, wherein the molten steel transfer car and the slag transfer car are formed with correspondingly spaced apart from a distance separated between the furnace mouth(6) formed on a converter(5) and the tapping hole(7). The method for tapping a converter using a double transfer car comprises the steps of preparing the double transfer car(60) equipped with the molten steel ladle(9) and the slag port so that molten steel(U) and slag(S) are simultaneously stored after refining the molten steel in the converter; tapping the molten steel into the molten steel ladle rested on the double transfer car through the tapping hole and discharging overflown slag into the slag port through the furnace mouth of the converter; preventing vortex and overflow of the slag by consistently tilting the converter in a certain constant degree of angle; and simultaneously transferring the double transfer car to a subsequent process and returning to the waiting phase for the next tapping working.
