PURPOSE: A method of printing an orientation material on a substrate using a roller application method for improving leveling is provided to apply uniformly an orientation layer on a substrate by improving leveling of the orientation layer. CONSTITUTION: A loading roller(100) is installed nearly to a printing roller(120). A resin(130) is arranged along an outer circumference of the printing roller(120). A substrate(200) is arranged at a lower portion of the printing roller(120). The substrate(200) is located on a printing plate(180). The orientation material is loaded from an orientation material storage portion(150) to the loading roller(100). The orientation material is applied uniformly on the loading roller(100) by a doctor blade(160). The orientation material applied on the resin(130) of the printing roller(120) is printed on the substrate(200). A heater(190) is installed on the printing plate(180). An air knife is injected by an air injection device(210).
