PURPOSE: A method for managing and evaluating a fund of a venture company at on-line and a system thereof are provided to supply a consulting for supporting a venture business systematically by constructing a database based on all data of an applicant through a computer and supplying a business evaluating process to the applicant in real time through the database and questioning and answering to an evaluator in real time. CONSTITUTION: A client, that is, a venture company connects to a server(110), and the server transmits a log-in screen requesting a user registration to the client(120). An input window for supporting the fund is transmitted to the client(130). If the client inputs contents for supporting the on the input window, the server receives information of the inputted fund supporting and a database is constructed(140, 160). A summary of supporting the fund is provided to an information notice board for supporting the fund in real time for being accessed by a user(180). The constructed information is evaluated and advised and transmitted to a client(150). A database is constructed based on the evaluated information and the information is provided to the information notice board in real time for being accessed by the user(170, 180).
