PURPOSE: A system and a method for stock investment education by using web synchronization, and a recording medium capable of reading the program by a computer are provided to enable a stock investment education to be carried out in both directions through a synchronized web browser. CONSTITUTION: When a stock consultation call request signal is inputted from a user, a user terminal(10) transmits the inputted request signal to the outside. When a stock consultation start signal is inputted from a counselor, a counselor terminal(15) transmits the inputted start signal to the outside. A stock information DB stores at least one stock information. A counselor DB classifies counselors according to their grades, and stores them. When a counselor call request signal is inputted from the user terminal, a stock investment education management server(30) searches the counselor corresponding to the inputted request signal from the counselor DB, and provides a stock investment education service between the searched counselor and the user who requested the service.
